We stay here quite often, and it is always clean, and the staff is friendly, the only thing I would like to see changed is using a fitted sheet on the mattress vs the flat sheet as it is always coming loose from the mattress and getting tangled up.

Super nice staff! We got here early and they were able to get us in a room(40 minutes early), they let us know of good restaurants near by and made sure we were happy! Let me pick the room since I have a 18 month old, was considerate of room best for child’s safety.

If you are looking for accommodations that won’t break the bank, Harbor House is a good option. The room I stayed in was clean and roomy-nothing super fancy but it was fine. I had a tiny balcony with an immediate view of the back of some building and a far off view of Morro Rock. The AC worked well but was a bit noisy. I could easily walk down to the bay where all the restaurants and shops are. I was able to walk leisurely to Morro Rock in about 15 minutes. All in all I enjoyed my stay at Harbor House. Easy check in/out.

Parking spaces very narrow. Big bag of trash outside our door when we arrived. Fridge selves looked dirty. Could have used some instructions as to how to use the TV set. Just stumbled on the channel guide. The sliding glass door to the small patio would not lock. Reported lock problem to the management.
