"For the most part, the property is very nice. Some of the rooms are remodeled and some are not. My first room was not remodeled, then I moved to a remodeled room. The issue with both rooms is the the door to the adjacent room is very thin and it sounds like people in the other room are in your room with you. Other than that, the property was nice."

"They were renovating so it was a little irritating because my key card kept deactivating and wouldn't be anywhere near my phone or bank cards but other than that, the staff was wonderful."

"Fireplace was a nice touch... very roomy. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Plenty of space to hang clothing. Boutique type of hotel with "cottage" or apartment like buildings (2-4 per). Will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit."

"Overall this property is quite nice. It has been upgraded. Capet in the halls are getting pretty dirty. Especially the first floor. This hotel is next to Mayo Scottsdale and nothing else really around, but they charge nightly for parking and feel like it’s just way to make extra money don’t see why tons of parking not ever full. No 3rd day room refresh as stated. Had to ask for coffee and towels everyday and remove our own trash. I would stay again because of the proximity to Mayo Scottsdale."

"Overall great stay for a decent price for a last min staycation. The staff were friendly and answered any questions we needed. The only thing was the tv in our room didn’t work at first but once we let them know it was perfectly fine! Stayed for four nights and enjoyed the location being so close to everything and the scenery of course!"
