"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. "Our family of four really liked this hotel. The room was a great size for our family. We love that we each get our own bed, 2 individual beds and a bunk bed to fit 2 people. On the second floor- they have a small gym, a water and ice dispenser, a public washroom, a laundry room that has numerous washers (100 yen per wash) and, numerous dryers ( 100 yen for 20 mins). The hotel is located within great walking distances to markets and convenient stores. "

"I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting....

"The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a couple nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The street is quite narrow, but taxi/uber can find you. It is walking distance from Dotonbori and Namba shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. Osaka is a vibrate city. This hotel is central enough to get to many places. You will enjoy it. "

"Great hotel rooms! Rooms are spacious and comfortabl, also bigger and less expensive than Park Front Hotel. We had 3 adults, my child is 11 yo and is now an adult, and 1 child. Conveniently located near Universal City station and Universal Studios. It rained, was cold, and very windy when we arrived in April so pack and dress accordingly. Lawson's next door in adjacent hotel, Port Vita. The food at Universal Port was also very good. My kids really liked to Ramen and it was very affordable. The Loco Moco and Yakisoba was also very good. If you're going to do laundry there are facilities on site. Takes 100¥ or download the washer/dryer app. Dryer and washers also have locks so you can secure your clothes. Just don't be late to take it out, others or the staff, will take out yoir clothes and leave it in a bin, wet or dry. I recommended booking a massage during the time youll be doing your laundry so you will not waste time while you're there. Just ve mindful about the dryer times. Cost to do washing and drying at Universal Port is less costly than at Hilton Tokyo Bay. Hilton Tokyo Bay laundry facilities are bigger than Universal Port. "
