"Where do i start? Staff support friendly. The room was the best that we had on our Japan trip. Super comfy bed and pillows. The Onsen was the most opulent on our entire trip. The only thing was that could have topped it off, was a higher room. We had a view of a brick wall. "

"Beautiful lobby, facilities and rooms. Staff were wonderful - very warm, friendly and helpful. Situated right next to Sapporo Factory for shopping as well as Sapporo Beer Factory. Easy to reach from station via bus, taxi, or foot. Staff also spoke excellent English, with several at native level during our stay and many with a far above average level - great if you're uncertain of the local language. "
