"Very traditional, beautifully preserved wooden building, with all the charm you need. Shared living room upstairs with the open view on the river, couple of tables and comfortable seats. Downstairs patio going straight onto the river, where you can have morning drink, observing boats going around. Shared bathrooms weren't a problem, as there is not too many rooms. Boat away from the city centre and short walk to the train station."

"We stayed one night at Roymen, wish we had more time to spend here. This is a beautiful property, very quiet and tranquil. The owner was so friendly, hospitable and accommodating, arranged a tuk tuk for us in no time! She tried helping me with a train ticket issue I was having. She provided us with a coffee and light snack to choose from for breakfast which was delicious. The air conditioning and water pressure was great. Would highly recommend this place. "

"Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. Overall, for the price and location, it's a great stay. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful- the guesthouse is located down an alleyway but the one facing the street is operated by the same team, so there was a bit of confusion at first when checking in but it was quickly settled. They stored our bags for us and helped us with directions. The room was spacious and fit our needs for the night. "
