"We had a major hiccup with our reservation, but Brother Suhaib, the reservations manager, was extremely helpful, respectful, and kind to us. He was very understanding and was able to solve our problem in a timely manner. Br. Suhaib not only resolved our reservation issue but also gave us an upgrade to a very nice room with a Haram view, the best I've seen. My family and I are very thankful for his help, and in sha Allah, we will definitely stay at this hotel again due to his customer service. I will also recommend this hotel to my family and friends."
