The pool didn’t work, which was the reason we chose the hotel. The beds were small and uncomfortable. But the staff was friendly and you could tell they were trying to keep it a clean place.

I’ve stayed in several Quality Inn hotel rooms throughout the Southeast over the years and this one was noticeably shabbier than any of the others. Both rooms were damp, had a strong musty smell, and one had moldy looking spots on the lamp shades. The AC in the second room was so loud and rattling that we bumped the temperature up higher than we liked just so it would cut off more often and not disrupt our sleep. I would have requested another room if one of my kids had not already fallen asleep. Definitely will not stay here again.

Old motel with room doors on the outside. Check-in clerk at night took a very long time checking us in, even though we were the only one there. Property was very dirty in the parking lot, stairway, and carpeting in rooms. Poor breakfast (sausage overcooked, eggs ran out & we asked for more & the front desk clerk brought out cold eggs.) Luckily there was a microwave in the area, so we heated it up ourselves.
