Overall great experience. Rooms were very clean and AC kept it nice and cool during the hottest week of the year. Bathrooms were clean and gave no issues, even though they are shared. Rooms are small, but that's expected. Having to walk up the stairs was kind of a pain and the only real downside.

The hotel was very nice but the elevator system was so terrible that I will never stay there again.We frequently waited 20 minutes for an elevator.

When I booked I informed them it was my anniversary, upon arrival I was told that they do not do anything for guests for their anniversary. I thought a card would have been nice any other hotel I stay in for my anniversary. I’m always greeted with something sweet. I was told with being included, but upon check in, I was told it was not. The hotel was extremely over priced. The room was tiny, and for the price I paid was not worth it at all. Staff at reception spoke to me like I was stupid when I had asked if my special request had been fulfilled. Toiletries were not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. I’d say this is a good 4 star but not a 5 star especially since there is no pool

Stayed there a full week. I could not have picked a better place to stay. You are within walking distance to all the entertainment venues and sightseeing attractions. The hotel staff is so wonderful and I can't say enough about them. My flight arrived at 7am and they worked me into a room so that I can rest with the option of moving the next day to a different room. Who offers that??? THEY DID! That is how much consideration they pay to their patrons. After a long flight, I was glad to be able to rest so I could start exploring Manhattan. I would not stay anywhere else from here on out. The housekeeping staff is also the best! Even though I wasn't getting serviced on a day, they would still offer toiletries and fresh towels. Considerate... that is just so hard to find nowadays and you have a hotel full of people like this when you stay here. Absolutely LOVED IT! THANK YOU ALL!

"Otel güzel manzara güzel ama yol Şavşat merkeze 23 km ama 1 saat sürüyor. Yol çoook kötü. İşletmeci gayet ilgili ve alakalı. Otel köy içinde ve maalesef alışveriş ve kahvaltı ihtiyaçlarını gelmeden önce ilçe merkezinde temin etmeniz gerekiyor. Bunu zaten işletmeci size rezervasyon onaylanınca Msj ..."
