"Really great spa and pool, room, and food. Some important details: no spa admission after 8 pm, it reopens at 10 in the morning. Restaurant kitchen closes after 8 pm too, but they still serve drinks and charcuterie. Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"

"Although we spoke extremely basic German and the hotel staff had only simple English, this actually mattered little as everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make us very welcome. "We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a couple of days. It is situated very close to the city center. The staff were quite nice and accommodating (not everyone spoke English but this was not a problem). A delicious breakfast was provided and there is offsite parking available. Do note that there is no elevator. Overall, we loved our stay in this charming hotel."
