The person that greets you were all great but the majority of the staff was not helpful and the key card did not work half of the time. We had to come down and get them activated.

The location is pretty good and very convenient. It is close to the link station. You can just walk to the pike market, downtown shopping centers, and art museums.The room is clean, big enough, and comfortable.

Only had one elevator working. Had to wait extremely long at times. Which means elevator was always completly packed with people who have been waiting. Room still had trash in it when we got there.

Staying on the 26th floor and only one elevator was with the entire weekend. It was impossible to get on one. Everytime the door opened it was filled with people. We ended up walking 26 flights of stairs. Nothing was offered as compensation for this major inconvenience. Elevators still weren’t working when he checked out. So many people gathering in all elevator lobbies trying it get on. Was unacceptable.

We stayed for two nights and it was great! Amazing location, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered a product online a couple of weeks before arriving at Seattle and the staff was kind enough to keep it safe until our arrival. Our experience was 10 out of 10.

Property is nice, albiet a little antiquated. The location is solid, the rooms are clean, and it is a nice and quiet environment. The experience would be rated higher if it wasnt for the Staff being more unprofessional than i would have liked. To avoid specifics, i was condecended towards, made to feel like a burden, and having jokes made about my accent and how i speak is not exactly what i would consider good hospitality. All in all i enjoyed the hotel, but the staff soured the experience for me. Would recommend if the staff were better trained or replaced with people who understand they are working in the service industry.
