"I stayed here for about 10 nights and it was really nice. The staff are so kind and the view from my room was incredible. It’s about a 10 min walk from the subway but a nice walk anyway! Only thing I’d say is some of the furniture in my room was chipped so a repaint would have been nice. Apart from that I’ll stay here again."

The only comment I would give is that the room acoustic is not up to standard as we can hear traffic from the windows even the windows are closed. "Our couple has used this hotel several times since a long time ago. The area around the hotel is safe to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants, nice cafes, and many places to shop, so it is convenient and enjoyable. All the hotel staff are kind, and the Nordic room design is very pretty and the bedding is convenient, but I think the lighting brightness of the bathroom and the silicone of the bathroom floor need to be upgraded. Overall, it's worth staying in this hotel."

"The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil...
