"Had a great stay at the Jayakarta hotel. It is a lovely hotel, very clean, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Check in was fast. They upgraded me to sea view free of cost which was very kind of them. Room was very spacious and also the bathroom. They have room service. The food was good, a bit pricey. The pool area was great. They extended my check out to an extra half an hr due to my flight in the evening which I really appreciated. Free pick up and drop off shuttle included. "

"If you get a room on the second floor be prepared for a steep walk up to your room! Some of the ground level rooms have a private outdoor shower and toilet. We had a couple of frogs and sometimes a small lizard watching us. The rooms closest to the reception you will notice a smell like sewage. It could be coming from the pond in the center courtyard, (the water is stagnant and dark green) but it does not affect the room, only if you are sitting out on the porch. "Stayed for one night here before a week of diving in Komodo. Lovely big room with nice stone shower. Gardens and pool really nice to walk around, it feels very tranquil and in nature. Restaurant was nice with live music the night I was there. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and tasty food. Wish I could have stayed longer!"

"The property is right on the beach with an amazing view from the bungalows. The food is good and staff are helpful. We had a good time of swimming, snorkelling and take on the views. Guests should have good mobility to go up and down the stairs to/from the bungalows, but the views are worth it."
