"The rooms were nice and light, spacious, and airy. The hotel was nice and modern although there were a few areas where you could see already that there will be wear and tear. The infinity pool was very nice and great view of the harbour at sunset. There isn’t much to do in Labuan bajo itself but the hotel is well located for the airport / town / port / food night market. This was a good one night stop after arriving in Labuan Bajo and before departing on a Komodo cruise the next day."

They upgraded me to sea view free of cost which was very kind of them. Room was very spacious and also the bathroom. They have room service. The food was good, a bit pricey. The pool area was great. They extended my check out to an extra half an hr due to my flight in the evening which I really appreciated. Free pick up and drop off shuttle included. "

"A quiet and peaceful stay inundated room right next to the pool. The free shuttle to the airport is a plus, and it was a 6 minute moped ride into the main town using the Grab app. Pool was relaxing to sit by. I would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay. "

"Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Wall with holes were patched up by stuffing...
