The placement of electrical/USB outlets in the bedroom area didn't line up with the placement of the furniture, especially near to the glass counter/work station under the TV screen and next to the night stands alongside the bed. The shower area was unsafe for elderly guests. The floor of the shower stall was extremely slippery. "Nice clean property. Some front staff helpful, others not so much....language barrier. Very good breakfast, with hit plates, cold cuts, fantastic breads, and some delicious pastries. Out of city centre, but very walkable to see the sights. A nice walk to Plaza Espana took us 30 mins, but you can pass all the highlights enroute. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but we managed to get on street parking 3 out of 4 nights 1 night in parking garage at $30 cad per night. All in all i would stay there...

"I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel! The interior and exterior are beautifully decorated, and the ground floor was always bustling with joy and laughter when I was coming in or leaving. My hotel room was breathtaking! It was spacious and clean with a gorgeous view and thoughtfully assembled furniture. It was also very well-lit and well-decorated.
