"Wir hatten eine Suite im obersten Stock und fanden diese äusserst angenehm. Sie war ganz ruhig, sehr gut geschnitten, sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, direkt neben der Dachterrasse und dem kleinen Swimmingpool, sehr schöne Aussicht. Da wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben, benoten wir die Suite mit 5,0, obwohl einige Dinge zu verbessern sind: 1. Die Klimalage ist zwar sehr leise, funktionierte aber nicht immer. 2. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas mager, Teekanne fehlte und Eierkochen sollte...

"Excellent value for money. This apartment is not suitable for people who want to communicate easily. They sent us an email in Spanish (we are Dutch) with a link to an online module to check in. The module crashed because it asked us to pay; we had already done that via Expedia. Incomprehensible that no email (in English) is sent with an explanation for people who arrive after the reception closing time. We only received that explanation on the day of arrival; much too late. That should be easy...
