"Staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn’t have asked for more. The actual hotel is very clean and well kept. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time. "

"Mieux que sur les photos. La maisonette avec piscine est superbe, spaiceuse, grand luxe. Buffet varié et très bon le soir. Idem au petit-déjeuner. Le seul bémol, mais pas des moindres, au vu du tarif on attend que la petite pisicine privée soit chauffée, c'est indispensable pour un sejour fin octobre. "We enjoyed our Holiday in this Hotel. You have a fantastic view over the whole(!) bay. Also the Beach is wonderful🤩. Clear Water and Sand. The bay is reserved for hotel guests. The Hotel and the Rooms are not so modern, more greek Standard. But we had all we needed. We also enjoyed the Kids Pool with our 2 years old son☺️. But there aren‘t more opportunities for children😕. There were 2 Restaurants, one of them Buffet with traditional Greek Food, and the other one at the Beach with a la carte...

"Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! "

"Das Hotel ist super neu. Die Anlage und die Atmosphäre ist mega schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde nach jedem Verlassen der Räumlichkeit geputzt und aufgeräumt. Die Handtücher immer gewechselt. Das private Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und nach dem pH-Wert geschaut. Der Service war top. Nach einem kleinen Unfall wurde uns direkt geholfen und nochmal später extra nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht ob alles geklappt hat. Mike und Sara in der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit....

"Das Hotel mit eleganter Ausstattung liegt sehr schön am Hang und ist im Village Stil gebaut, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Unser Zimmer (bungalow sea view, upper floor) war im hinteren Hotelbereich und hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht von Elounda. Das große Zimmer war angenehm ausgestattet und hatte bequeme Betten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Da das Hotel am Hang liegt, muss man bis zum Meer ein paar Treppen und Steigungen überwinden, das haben wir allerdings...
