"This hotel had a great location literally steps outside the JR Otani station. It provided easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya and elsewhere on the Yamanote Line, and to Yokohama. Hotel was a bit dated and no free breakfast. This was okay as it was as advertised. Hotel was especially good for having options for multiple beds in a single room which is hard to find in Tokyo. The room was clean and the wifi was good. Overall, a good stay. Will consider again in the future. "

"The room was too small to accommodate us. I am claustrophobic and had to have my room changed in the middle of the night because of the level of seizures I was having. The water pressure in the shower was so weak that it was like staying in a hotel in a developing country. I would like to commend the female staff at the front desk for being first rate and courteous. However, I would never recommend this hotel. Is this what you expect from a hotel run by an investment fund?"
