Our group had four rooms for a week in December 2024. The hotel accommodated our requests for 1- or 2-beds depending on the room which was great. The beds were very comfortable, and with A/C and black-out curtains, everyone slept very well. The hotel was well staffed and the level of service was good. Breakfast was great, lots of options to try. One request would be to make hand sanitizer more accessible at the breakfast buffet. (No one in our group got sick, just a general recommendation for buffets). The gym facility is beautiful. The spa and hot/cold tubs were a great amenity. Poolside service was nice to have, but a bit slow, and impossible to get a strong cocktail! The location was good because you could walk to a couple cafes or small grocery, or grab a $1-2 tuktuk to the busier areas. Airport transfer provided by the hotel was seamless and so appreciated after 20 hours of travel! Overall, we were looking for a comfortable reliable hotel with amenities and great service on a budget, and this one totally came through for us.

Location is near from Siem Riep central. (5min by tuk tuk) Breakfast is tasty, many kind of food. Pool area also nice. Room is clean. Totally very nice hotel. I will be back.

This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is great with different options to choose from, from omelets and waffles to local Cambodian food. The people working in the hotel were all very kind and respectful. I had an issue with the air conditioning being loud and they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. We attended the New year Eve Gala and it was awesome. Great food, drinks, it was beautifully decorated , the live band played cool music and we danced the night away. Oh and the pool is amazing!

Wonderful hotel! Very comfortable room. The pool was quite large, very clean and deep enough to do some laps. The spa was a bit dated but excellent service. Gym great - lots of equipment. The breakfast buffet was good - plenty of options. We only wish the a la carte menu - for pool side had more local Cambodian food choices.
