Highlight of this hotel is the reception staff. We got an Excellent service from Nalen, Khim and vireak. Specially Nalen was super enthusiastic, she helped us plan all our sightseeing along with transport and guide. She made our overall stay very smooth and convenient, Five stars to her. This property is in very good location. Night market is just 1km away. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms as well bathrooms are very big and comfortable. Overall it is an outstanding resort.

I enjoyed my stay at Indra Residences. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The room was very comfortable. It's off the main street and therefore quiet. The pool is lovely and the bartender mixes an excellent Margarita. There's a coffee shop at the end of the street, restaurants are close by and Pub street is about a 5 minute tuk tuk ride. There is plenty within walking distance and a small shop across the street for water, snacks, beer and pop. I will stay here again!

Great location easy walk into town, big spacious room but the AC was quite noisy at night, the tele didnt work without a wifi adaptor but the hotel staff fixed it. The room had no windows so not much natural lights in room 106 & not much privacy on ground floor opposite hotel lobby, had to keep door & curtain shut at all times. Bed was nice & big but the pillows werent comfy to sleep on. The towels were off white, had not been bleached with fabric softner. Overall not bad for the price i paid.

Sadly one of the worst check in experiences I have ever had. They tried to pawn me off in a small, downstairs dark room with no balcony despite having paid extra for a room with a balcony. When I informed the staff, he started arguing saying a patio was a balcony and just dumped my suitcase and left. I followed him to reception and showed him my booking and he grunted. When he eventually swapped the small dark room to what I paid for the bedroom lock was faulty, noisy road and the staff attitude did not improve. Needless to say I checked out within 5 minutes of arriving. Such a poor reflection of the hotel. Please avoid this hotel!

The staff are very friendly. Check in however, was not as easy as it should’ve been - they tried to put me in two rooms that were not the room I booked. After pushing back, I got the room I booked online. The pool and breakfast are very good, as is the wifi. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the markets and pub street - which you’ll need if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant here. The road outside isn’t great but an easy landmark when walking back. Three very sweet cats on the property if you like cats. I’d stay here again.

Well when I got here everything was wonderful. Until the second day. I asked the receptionist in the front desk the one with glasses if there was a way I could access to a computer she told me no and then she told her coworker to tell me the same. She has an attitude. Needs better customer service skills. Initially I was going to rate this hotel 5 stars and was even thinking of coming back but knowing I have to deal with someone that has an attitude definitely won't be coming back. Oh almost forgot didn't know I had to check out so they ended up switching me to a different room I think it was probably their worse room. Only ones I want to give good credit of knowing how to treat customers is the young lady at the bar with long hair didn't get her name and Kim the one who serves breakfast. These two young ladies definitely know how to treat their customers.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant des Hotels. Frühstück wird serviert, man zwischen 4 Varianten wählen. Immer mit Obst. Für mich absolut ausreichend. Wer ausgiebig Frühstücken möchte, für den reicht es nicht. Zimmer großzügig und klimatisiert. Die Hotelinfrastruktur allerdings nur mit Ventilatoren ohne AC. Lage sehr zentral. 10 Minuten zur Pub Street. Die Straße vorm Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Nur zum Teil asphaltiert. Bei Regen mit Pfützen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

サービスのレベルはかなり低い
2泊しました。雰囲気はいいホテルです。でも結果としては、あまり良くない印象で滞在を終えました。 ２日目、外出する際、ドアノブに「清掃してください」のフダを出し、念の為にフロントにも掃除をしてくださいとことづけをして12時頃外出しました。その際、部屋番号も聞かれました。 昼食を取って、ホテルに帰ろうとしましたが、まだ清掃中かもと思い、カフェやらなんやらで時間をわざわざつぶして3時頃ホテルに帰ったら、なんと清掃されていませんでした。 フロントの人（出ていくときと同じ人）が再度部屋番号を聞いてきて、今からやります、15分待ってください、と言われてフロントで待ちました。 そして、「部屋の準備ができました、すみませんでした」と言われて部屋に行ってみると、なんとまだ清掃の真っ最中。 もう呆れてしまいました。再度フロントで待つハメに。そしてやっと部屋に入ることができましたが、これが日本なら不手際続きで、ホテル側は平謝りの姿勢かと思いますが、どこかふてくされて、まるでこちらが面倒をかけたかのような印象を持たされてしまいました。不手際はどうしても発生してしまうのは仕方ないとして、やはりその時の対応姿勢がそのホテルのもてなしを表しますよね。 あと、部屋に設置されているセキュリティボックスてすが、DIYで作られたような木の箱に南京錠がつけられているようなものでした。面倒なのは、南京錠の鍵を管理しないといけないことで、質は清掃を頼むときに部屋に置いておいてしまったことをあとで気づきました。財布の中身を正確に覚えてなかったので、少し抜かれていてもわかりません。こういうことがあるので、やはり暗証番号で設定できる普通のやつが良いです。手作りで安上がりにして、セキュリティのレベルを下げていると思います。 もう泊まらないと思います。
