"This is an agri-turismo - a few rooms available on a working farm that also runs a restaurant. Our room was comfortable with a very nice, large bathroom. We had amazing views of green fields and hills out our windows, as well as of horses grazing. We ate breakfast and supper at the restaurant. The food was local, beautifully prepared and served in a very friendly manner. Nearby is an amazing neolithic archeological site. You can do great walks around the property."

"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). She seemed to take an immediate dislike to us and mostly ignored us/visibly made other staff members deal with us during our stay, was basically very rude. "Very impressive accommodation. room 4 was nice and bed comfortable but not suitable for three people and unfortunately other guests can walk past your patio door at any time, there are blinds thou. A fridge and kettle would have been a welcome addition. The owners are laid back and leave you to your holiday. The breakfast is a simple serve yourself affair. A little to much packaged food."

"Highly recommended, excellent B&B where you will have a good, quiet, comfortable night’s sleep. Franca is kind, courteous and welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful, with a wide variety of quality delicious local produce and home baked cakes. We were very grateful to Francesco this year, who was extremely patient and helpful in enabling us to book train tickets for our trip to Macomer. We will definitely stay at Sa Chessa next time we are in Ploaghe."

amazing place.
"The location is incredible, quiet, beautiful, clean, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to the water, historical town. We also went to the Neptunes Cave, 645 steps, amazing, very good restaurants, we ate at a restaurant just 100 metres, very good price 13. euros. 2 choices, there is a grocery store also thats great. we definitely would go again. The room with balcony was the best. Elegant european feel!"

"Great staff and an easy location to navigate the town. The hotel is well run, the self catering accommodation was lacking some essentials like a kettle and toaster and no frying pan even, very few utensils. Ok for a couple but a family would struggle I feel. On plus side the Coffee by the pool served by Rosanna was delightful and she was always helpful and friendly in whatever you asked."
