Expedia said the room is a "strip view." It was not a view of the strip at all really. More so of ACs on a nearby building. Other than that, Caesar's is amazing. Such a nice hotel to stay at in Vegas!

I came here for my daughter’s 21st birthday. We pulled up in a limo and was so excited to check in. The check in gentleman was very nice… the conservatory, decor, casino, restaurants, the fountain view….all were nice. The nightmare came when we got to the room. There was a water bottle cap on the floor when we walked in. The towel from the previous occupant was hanging up on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom rugs didn’t look clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor rolled up in a ball..The worst part?? There was urine all over the toilet seat and down the side. It had been a long day of flight delays and we were so tired. I did not want to go down stairs and go off. I called the housekeeping number and a nice lady came and cleaned the room. It looked cleaner when she left. The housekeepers here leave their name on a card in the room and this tells you who cleaned the room. To the housekeeper that name starts with a “P”, if you were the one who truly cleaned that room at first you should be fired. The bellagio is a 5 star hotel with less than 1 star, motel 6 leveled housekeepers (at least this one was) I spent too much money to check into a nasty room. Then at the snack place downstairs we ate and was told we could get drink free refills for 24 hours yet my daughter was denied this even with a receipt. Disappointing experience.
