"Great customer service, very smiley and helpful staff especially Yvonne at reception who was extra kind and helpful, she helped me an adaptor as mine was not compatible which i retuned on checking out.The breakfast was brilliant especially the omelette, fruits etc. The balcony area overlooking the sea was amazing, more like an outside beach experience while indoors. "Awesome property. They connected us with a guide who took us on a hike up the volcano and to the lava tubes. The food was just ok and the bungalow was great but the water pressure was really low. Overall it was a great visit. I would recommend it. "
