"Loved this little gem!! Upon entering, we met a wonderful young woman who works at the property and was happy to hear we were from the same neck of the woods. We were treated with a bottle of wine, chocolate and coffee so what could go wrong?! Our room was on the ground floor and it was cozy, and super clean! Loved all the amenities that were included. It was a quick walk to King Street and they had everything you could imagine as far as coffee shops, lovely stores, restaurants, and bars. Would...

"This was an excellent property and close to the place where I needed to work. At first I was skeptical about the security of the street side door to the sidewalk but nothing happened. Blackout curtains would be an option. And adding a rug or two would make it more comfortable. Otherwise it is beautifully designed and comfortable. "

"Not enough parking. Only one space per person. No other parking anywhere for multiple vehicles. Other than that very nice place."

"The building is very old and the unit we were in was outdated and appears to have never been upgraded as everything looked original. We were looking online at some of the units that were for sale most all of them were upgraded. The unit was very moist and caused me to have a slight allergic reaction since I am highly allergic to mold. Also, the communication was to the point of being too much (lots of texts) and very degrading in a sense with regards to all of the 'instructions' that were given...

"The location was really great. The unit and property was clean. My only negative was on the window sill in the main bedroom there was chewing gum (chewed) and a breath mint. Other than that unit was clean. There was only one packet of dish-washing detergent and no hand washing dish soap. There were not enough pillowcases for the pillows. Plenty of towels. I would have liked a DVD player. I would stay again."
