"We loved the rooms and restaurant. Had dinner and brunch here - excellent. Staff were all friendly as well. I wouldn't advertise the rooms as soundproofed, however, they are anything but."

"The front desk was always empty. Everytime we pass by no one was there. We requested for out room to be cleaned and new towels brought in on 2nd second day of our stay and no one came to clean and when we called the front desk and finally an hour later someone picked up the phone we were told to go and pick up the towels in the lobby and that no excuse as to why the room was not cleaned. Cleaning of the rooms have to be requested and we didn’t request it every day just one day of the stay and...

"Location was great. Near lots of restaurants and shops. Not a bad walk to Universal. Pretty clean and comfortable. Good deal comes with breakfast and parking. Would stay here again. Only issue I had was person in front desk was not friendly and helpful. "

"Easy checking easy checkout. Staff was courteous. And prompt on everything we asked of them. Maintenance people came right away when there was a problem Although we only had one minor problem and that was with every note . Overall everything was great"
