The location is exceptional—perfectly situated with numerous attractions and activities nearby, and it’s highly accessible via public transportation. The staff truly stand out for their warm and attentive service, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a wide selection to cater to various tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend Grand Park City Hall for its convenience, excellent service, and great amenities."

"Quite possibly THE best hotel ive ever stayed, from pre check in to check out, it couldnt have been better. Treated myself to a Jewel Wing room and it was gold standard. Had a lovely bathe in the roll top freestanding bath upon arrival and a rainfall shower this morn. Bed was huge and super comfortable, went out like a light. Huge shout out to the concierge team, who went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable. Will be rebooking on my return journey...and requesting a late check out. "
