"We were on the 4th floor. We know there were other guests up there, but we did not hear any noises from the hallway or adjoining rooms. The staff was very gracious and able to assist us with any of our questions."

"The hotel is new and up to date but the pool was not in serves. I checked in at 3 pm and when I went to my room it was still being cleaned. I was given a new room but it had no Kleenex. The Staff was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. "

"The front desk employee went inside our room and took our dog to the front desk since she was barking (we were unaware that one of us needed to stay in the room, we had went next door to dinner for 30 minutes) and did not call until *after* they had done so. We were understandable to the policy, but the fact that they did not call first and after was infuriating. Luckily our dog is super friendly."

"Check in was a breeze! Morgan was amazing and explained everything to me about check in and check out. Also Had freshly made cookies and coffee out too. She was there every morning i was and she asked about my stay each time and asked if i needed anything. She was super friendly and made evwrything go smoothly. When i got to my room i did have a dirty flat sheet on my bed but other than that everything was absolutely amazing! Will definitely stay here again! 10 gold stars for Morgan!!!"
