"The room was large, and very clean, the bed was cozy. I neede some assistance, and the gentleman that helped me was friendly and helpful. I love the fact that its not a chain hotel, and that they totally remodeled an existing hotel. I also love the fact that I knew the room I was in, and the code to the door before I arrived. Very comfortable."

"The front desk manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful when there was an issue with the thermostat in our room. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to an impending snow storm, we had to cut our stay short. Melissa worked with the gentleman from Expedia to complete my travel insurance claim. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"Everything was good overall. The front receptionist did not greet us, she looked like she hate her job. The room was clean except there’s red spot on one of the bed sheets. They did changed it next day after I told the front desk. The hotel is pet friendly, we could hear noises occasionally from our room at night. The room is super dry during the winter I recommend bring a humidifier. We bought one after we couldn’t sleep on the first night. "

"Unfortunately we did not get much sleep after being on the road all day as the family across the hall had children yelling and running up and down the hallway in front of our door (and slamming doors) until very late hours and then it started again at 6am. I advised the front desk staff. Aside from that, the place is very comfortable and clean and I loved the cookies and popcorn provided at check-in and the breakfast options were very good! "

"I am a very forgivable person and one that acknowledges that there can be issues but how those issues are resolved is what's important. So this hotel is clean and fresh concerning the lobby, breakfast and pool as well as the grounds. However, the rooms are clean but questionable. Our first room had a used and unclean toilet but the rest of the room looked clean. We shifted rooms to find a clean toilet but toe nails (multiple) and trash on the floor. "Suite was perfect for what we needed. Traveling with my sister and grown nephew and having separate room worked well. Pet friendly and my guy loved it. Only comment is room wasn’t cleaned as well as expected, especially when you stay at a pet friendly hotel because you don’t want your pets getting into anything. We found a few handfuls of what looked like cat food or treats on the bedroom floor after my dog ate some. This means they clearly didn’t vacuum as they were in the middle of the floor. "
