"This pleasant guesthouse has a great location on the edge of old down and surrounded by several quiet streets filled with cafe’s restaurants, small markets, bars and massage parlors. The staff speaks English well and are very helpful. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off after a day out in the city. If you want fine dining, The House by Ginger is located around the corner. The jazz bar is within walking distance."

"This was a basic accommodation for a private room with two double beds. For the price and the AC it was worth it. Property is a little older and can’t really see much in the rooms as lighting is very poor. It is adjacent to a more boutique property where you can use the pool for $100 BHAT. Staff was helpful with my questions. I stayed mostly because of the area. Close to Sompet market. Lots of great local street food, funky cafes and other guesthouse. "Cute boutique with restaurant on site. Hotel is in heart of old town but its still quiet and very safe to walk around and easy to take grab everywhere. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant and watched locals go on with their dairy lives. We also appreciated how helpful and kind all the staff were. The only thing did not like about hotel was no view, no windows or balcony from room but other then that enjoyed 4 days stay. "

"Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. Had welcome pack which was lovely and they thought of everything that could be needed for a comfortable stay I was very impressed. The room was quiet, air conditioning good. Bed very comfortable had good night sleep. Shower very good. Location was good, accessible to attractions and restaurants in the vicinity. Would definitely recommend and return again "

"This was our second visit to Chiang Mai. Myself and 7 other family members booked rooms here based off of the location we desired. The owner Rund, and her daughter were so incredibly helpful with anything we needed. I mean anything.
