"Floors were clean, free of dust particles. Staff was great! Food was great! Soggy was awesome!! He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will return soon!"

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. "Had a great time with my wife and kids. We had a few hiccups, no hot water for a day and the elevators were not working properly. It would have been great if they served chicken nuggets for lunch and dinner because that’s what the kids wanted to eat. We had a great time visiting this all inclusive resort again, we were here in 2017. Thank you for making my family happy. One love Jamaica 🇯🇲 "

"After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the main food dishes, but that’s because we’re picky eaters and only eat Kosher. That said, the desserts were absolutely delicious and a real highlight! The resort’s small size turned out to be a blessing, especially with three kids. It felt cozy, like home, and the layout was perfect—you could even see the kids’ play area from the restaurant, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We’ll definitely be back! "
