"Staff needs training in service dog laws. I was told at check-in that service dogs are considered pets and that all pets have to stay on 5th floor. They did let us stay even though there was no 5th floor rooms. Lots of people with service dogs also have mobility issues and 5th floor may not be great for them."

"Carpets not the cleanest. Some updating needed for summer users. ( A/C units in windows ) Staff was very helpful though. Recommend booking a few days in advance due to Expedia delays. I was unexpected at property but staff on-site made some last minute adjustments to accommodate."

"The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were rude and only did minimal cleaning of my room. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the facinity of the motel. I was easily able to reserve an additional night's room. It was very quiet,with the exception of slamming doors. The doors just didn't have rods to slow down the speed of closing. "
