"The hotel and the grounds were full of character. The bathroom was incredible. However, the issue was the noise. Needs some serious sound proofing. The room was above reception and was incredibly noisy. Also, the room lacked services considering the price per night. Limited drinks available, and had to ask for bathrobes. "

"The Night potter wasn't helpful. Didn't give proper directions to get to the room. We arrived by 8 pm but the room wasn't ready which was okay as the lady receptionist was nice. It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. "Easy checkin. Room looked clean apart from stains on the carpet. Daily room service & fresh towels. Convenient location for us. Would stay again. We were told breakfast was served from 8 - 10am. However on the morning we decided to take breakfast, the cereals, tea,coffee etc were cleared away by 9.30. The cooked breakfast was good but would have liked another drink after it!"
