"A lot of the amenities such as the pool and breakfast were closed down. The hotel was as expected, it did not impress but did not have bed bugs so I would say it was a good stay! Would stay again if I had to. "

"I can say this, if you are coming to Springfield and are questioning where to stay. I would put up my entire savings to say the staff at this place will put the Hilton to shame. The staff alone makes this place. Don’t go get treated mediocre, when you can really see what hospitality is supposed to be like. "

"This hotel is at a convenient location right off the highway. There’s also a Starbucks inside the grocery store that is right across the street! The hotel is on the older side I’d say so the areas like the pool could use some updating. The beds in our room were comfortable, the room was a little dark though with the only light really being from the lamps.
