"The property did the job and is okay if you need a warm dry place to stay. Great location as it’s just out of the centre and has an amazing bakery next door. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and was far too firm, which gave both guests some bad nights sleep. The shower had 2 settings, boiling or freezing. For an eco friendly country, we also expected a recycling bin. "

"The accommodation was good for what we needed - excellent location for transport links, station is 3 min walk. Shopping centre across the road to buy food/drink. Bed and sofa bed were comfy, the apartment was a good size. Housekeeping came everyday and provided clean towels. Shower was good - powerful and a good temperature. "Had a wonderful stay at Smartments Prenzlauer Berg. Facility is modern, clean and located adjacent to the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station - making transportation super convenient. There is a large grocery store within a block. There is a Doner restaurant that is open 24 hours (as of Sept 2024) next to the apartment complex. Room equipped with small refrigerator. Bed low but comfy. No air conditioning but did not need in September. Fan in room - which would definitely need in summer month....

"Great value city centre property, perfect for myself and teenage son on our European trip. Safe, clean and modern - air con would be an added bonus but the large stand fan done us fine. Will definitely return and happy to recommend! "

"Location is unbeatable - lots of cool’stuff nearby and close to train. The apartment is clean and spacious and well stocked with cleaning supplies and pretty much everything you need (no toiletries). Of note - the apt is 4 floors up, 8 flights of stairs - no elevator. It was fine for us, but my husband would have hated it. It is also not “luxurious”, again - fine for us, but basic. The second bedroom is very small as well. There are several Limehomes in the area, don’t know how it compares...

Very small kitchen area, but only had breakfast in and good fridge and microwave and coffee machine. Stayed in autumn, perfect temp in apartment, but imagine it may be very hot in height of summer. Overall great stay."

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Berlin

"Very nice hotel ideally placed 5 mins walk from Alexanderplatz station with links to airport and all the tourist sites within Berlin. All of the staff I encountered were courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel public areas were all well maintained and well decorated. The room allocated was a good size, warm, cleaned each day and comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. Thank you."

"I was staying at the hotel and also presenting at an event held at the hotel. The hotel is pleasant and the location is great. However what sets this hotel apart is the staff. Absolutely everyone was amazing. Special mention to the waiting staff, Spa reception and check in. "
