"We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting pur friend about 30 minures north. The area is in the heart of downtown Swansea city. Surrounding area is a bit noisy, bustling in the evening. The hotel interior hallways could use some updating, but could you could tell it was a very nice space in it's heyday. i appreciate that the hotel takes measures to conserve energy. "Beds clean and comfortable, bathroom facilities clean, main light not working in room, carpets ruffled and holes ,chair in room arms filthy , communal areas lovely and clean , staff very polite and helpful 🙂 the young lad that was serving us in the bar who was from Hungary, can't remember his name but gave us excellent service , nothing was too much for him , always polite and very helpful 10/10 😊"

"Well managed friendly hotel. Good that they provide dedicated chalets in the grounds for guests with dogs, however allowing dogs in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very disappointing and unhygienic. A large mongrel was being fed toast from the table!"
