We have stayed several times at this hotel when we have an early flight and love to book the airport view rooms so we can enjoy watching planes take off and land. On this occasion the view was minimal and we were located directly opposite the elevators so was also noisy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone stay in room 327, 328 for this reason. Convenience to the airport is perfect. Hopefully next stay we will be in a room again with a broader view of the runways rather than the one we have just vacated.

The hotel is excellent is you have an early flight as it is a few minutes walk from the airport departure area. The staff on reception are ill informed. For example, I was told that there was no kettle in the room to make up a bottle for the baby - we would have too get hot water from the bar (who refused to supply unless we bought drinks!). There was however a kettle in the bottom drawer in the room, so this was unecessarily complicated. They charged me 30 dollars extra for a cot also!
