"The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area. The rooms, while a bit small, are very clean, do not let in any light (despite being so close to the large billboards) and the rooms are very quiet at night as well. The staff is very helpful, and was able to answer all our questions and is very punctual. Highly recommend!"

"This was a great property for my price point. Yes the rooms are small, however, they pack everything you need into this small space. Comfortable, quiet rooms and there was always lots of hot water, the beds are comfy and the linens and towels are soft. I had a nice view across the river, I liked it. The elevators do get congested, especially as stated, around check in and out, but, I didn't wait more than 5 mins at any time. It was great having a Lawson's on the second floor and I made use of the convenient laundromat in the basement. The area around the hotel felt very safe, that's important to me as a solo female traveler. It was also very conveniently situated as far as transport options. It was an easy walk to several places and there was an abundance of food/restaurant options within 5-10 mins walk. I would choose to stay here again, thanks for a great stay! "
