"It is a 5-star. Beach and pool are amazing. but they did not provide coffee machine in the room. You need to pay for everything here which you usually get for free when you stay Marriott or Hilton. Overall it is a happening place. "

"I enjoyed my stay overall. This hotel is located walking distance from the beach, and it has a great restaurant. The hotel could use some renovations but it was still a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part - Angel and Jhoan were great - with the exception of one staff member, Gabriel, who was not pleasant to engage with. He always seemed as if guests were a bother, including when I asked if I could access the restaurant from the lobby because it was raining. He told...

"All the staff were very friendly and the outside area (pools, bar, games, beach) were incredible! The biggest flaw for this hotel was the room noise. The walls and sound were THIN you could hear everything in the hallways clearly and their rooms all have a vent on the door which didn’t help. Besides that great location and was near a lot of restaurants."

"Only one chair on the pool deck & WiFi wasn’t working but other than that everything was good, clean room nice bathroom. Also Expedia says they have laundry services but they don’t , so heads up for that in case you needed to do laundry. There is a laundromat close by "
