Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I will be staying here again and recommending it to co-workers who travel to Finland on business.

Very nice reception staff. They were very helpful. Arrived early but they still fixed a room for us immediately. We also got a late check-out. Breakfast was reasonably good and delicious.

New hotel, and nice room. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit too firm for me (I have chronic back pain) and the receptionist arranged another mattress topper for the bed. Big TV. Highly recommended.

The hotel was about a 7-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the center of town, and right next to a beautiful park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I also had a beautiful view of the sunsets. Breakfast was very good as well, although I had to pay an additional fee for it. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Tampere.

It was overall a good stay but the room could have been cleaner. There were odd stains on the furniture and curtains and the place where the cups and mugs are placed was very dusty. The espresso machine's water container was also stained. On the other hand the staff was very kind, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also wonderful, with a delicious fresh honey straight from the honey comb and great coffee.

I would except all hotels to have sustainable choises, like lights that closes automatically or soap that is ecological. Should be a prerequisite nowadays. Maybe you could consider that. Morning breakfast employees were very friendly and made the day start off very well :)

We stayed there for one night. The room itself was cozy but there could have been cleaned better (our baby found some crumbs on the floor... dirty corners, under the bed, left over water in the kettle etc.) The carpet in the room was quite old fashioned. Disappointed that there were no spoons with coffee and tea. There was only two high chairs for babies in the entire hotel which seems inconvenient. The charge for room service is high (15€)

If there is one word to describe this experience, it's basic. Certainly below expectations, considering how new the hotel was. The room was extremely hot, pillows poor, single not large enough sheet made sleeping a struggle for two people. And I don't care how international your brand is, you simply do not have a hotel in Finland without bidee showers. That alone is reason not to go back.
