"Beautiful clean and tastefully decorated hotel with fantastic views. Rooms were large and bedding was very comfortable. Location was good but required a walk or drive to local amenities. Hotel had a restaurant with meals that were tasty but very expensive. Limited options for me as a gluten free guest. The Wifi was not working throughout our stay either in room or lobby area. But, overall, this hotel was very comfortable."

"We had a great stay at this place. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Upon entry, there was a very strong orange scent. It could be from cleaning deodorizer. All the hallways were filled with this scent. It would be helpful to mention that breakfast ladies might appreciate a small tip in the morning, we would have brought some cash during breakfast. "The good: valet parking is $20 less than other hotels in downtown. The front desk, breakfast crew and especially the valet were really hospitable! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was clean. "Decent location and the property was in pretty good shape. It's an older building with an atrium that was freezing cold in the restaurant. "We had a great visit at this double tree. I personally am a double tree frequent flyer and always enjoy the cleanliness and vibes of the bar/restaurant. "Hotel and room was clean, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good and the area was nice and walkable distance from everything. My only complaint was the valet was a long wait despite having multiple people working. When paying $57 a night mandated to use valet, I don't want to wait for 30 minutes. Offering a self parking option would be great. Other than that we had a great stay"

"Last minute choice for new year's eve to watch the fireworks without the hassle to have to drive back home after the celebrations. (Traffic was chaotic till at least 2:30am all around ) Ok stay, check in could be greatly improved, no info provided regarding amenities or special events. Later in the week we realized that there was a complimentary celebration in the restaurant lobby. Anyway, location was good, hotel parking can be pricey, so do your homework and you can find cheaper parking one...
