"Delightful stay and so lovely to literally footsteps to the national park. We caught the bus from the ranger station which was just a few steps from the front door. The only thing that would improve this location would be an EV charging station at the lodge. "

"Great option right in heart of CBD. Newer hotel with comfy rooms - nice onsite restaurant with good options all day plus lounge happy hour. Woolworths grocery literally next door easy for anything you might need. "

"Lovely and friendly staff members , breakfast and the diner was nice as well. Although the bathroom was renovated and clean the room especially the carpets being so old and dusty wasn’t nice. It needs renovations "

"We had an overnight stay. The rooms were huge. Check in was easy. There is a restaurant at the property, although we didn't dine at it this time. It is easy walking distance to the CBD, City Park and UTas Stadium. The parking onsite was convenient, and there was plenty of room."

"It’s a bit of an older property but the apartment we had was still good. We stayed over Christmas 2024 and the front desk had a list of all the local restaurants that would be open during the holidays. The parking facility was connected to the hotel but was $18 per day. If you’re a light sleeper then just know the hospital is next door so you might hear a helicopter. The location was amazing! So much stuff within walking distance. "

"Nice place, very well located near the harbor. The room was very large, but very dark. Walls and ceilings are dark green with minimal lighting. There was a large window that looked out on a very narrow space to the next building. No natural light came into the room. The hotel staff say they created a cozy environment. For me it was more like a hole with no light. "
