"The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated the dining staff remembering I was gluten free for breakfast. The room was nicely furnished and the bed comfy, with a fab view of the square. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. ..."

"One of the oldest buildings in Palermo, enter through a tiny door in the wall. Authentic and very central, close to everything. 71 stairs to climb to our room so not for little or old ones first night in Sicily felt really at home"
