Great service and staff and very convenient location right around the corner from the lake. It is on a busier street however and it would be best to bring earplugs or choose a room that’s not fronting onto the street if possible.

The perfect location near Hoankiem Lake, a very beautiful view at the restaurant and the roof top, esp. kind and friendly service at the front desk, bellboy and restaurant. And I want to thank to a general manager Jimmy and the front desk.

Staff is amazing. Friendly, professional and accomodating.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast and very close to many attractions. Great rooftop bar. Staff were excellent.

Hanoi was our first stop in our 3-week Vietnam trip and we are happy we chose the H Hotel to stay at. The property was well-maintained and modern and the staff were so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Hotel Manager Ms. Caryl who was extremely helpful in arranging transportation, activities and sharing helpful tips about the city. Ms. Caryl was very communicative as soon as we placed the booking and was always available to answer any questions or just to welcome us back to the hotel after a days outing. Thank you! The included breakfast was great and again, the staff were always very welcoming. The location is very central within the Old Quarter and near lots of dining options with convenience stores and laundry services nearby. We would recommend the H Hotel and would return during our next visit.
