"I booked and paid 02 rooms for 04 people by hotels.com But when I come to the hotel, the owner of hotel talked to me that it's fault. They had only 01 room more (family room with 02 double beds), so they can gave it to us with cash. But I talked to them that I had already paid by my credit card on hotels.com. After 05 minutes, they agree with me but not comfortable. So, after all, I get only 01 family room, not 02 rooms."

"We had really great stay for 4 nights in Sanouva Danang. Manager Huu Duc and staff were extremely helpful. We got free 30min spa vouchers for all the members which had foot reflexology or head, back shoulder massage. Service was really superb for the spa. Wang and Hyuyen did really great job. Ambience and amenities of the hotel are very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This was one of our favourite hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam, the room was so big, comfortable and very clean. It was a nice quiet hotel, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The dragon bridge is in walking distance too. Breakfast was really good with a huge variety of food and something different every morning. The staff were so friendly and this is what we loved most about the hotel. Julia, Cindy and Clara were so chatty and helpful. They made breakfast every morning really...
