The hotel was very nice but the elevator system was so terrible that I will never stay there again.We frequently waited 20 minutes for an elevator.

When I booked I informed them it was my anniversary, upon arrival I was told that they do not do anything for guests for their anniversary. I thought a card would have been nice any other hotel I stay in for my anniversary. I’m always greeted with something sweet.
I was told with being included, but upon check in, I was told it was not. The hotel was extremely over priced.
The room was tiny, and for the price I paid was not worth it at all. Staff at reception spoke to me like I was stupid when I had asked if my special request had been fulfilled.
Toiletries were not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. I’d say this is a good 4 star but not a 5 star especially since there is no pool
