They go out of their way to ensure your stay with them is positive and comfortable. The facility is nice. Not amazing, but better than most in this hotel range. "Stayed here during MLK weekend with my wife and two pups. The location is awesome, there is a station half a block away and it is right by the Broadway theaters. The room (1 king bed) was small but that is to be expected in Manhattan. I have stayed at other Kimpton hotels as they are a dog-friendly hotel, and I will say that was the only area where I didn’t feel satisfied.
