"The swimming pool has been closed for two years and it's nowhere near ready. They need to remove the swimming pool from the listing because the lady said there's nowhere near completed. My plan was to go swimming."

"Once we finally checked in at night everything was great. I called early in the morning to see if we could check in a little early since we mad a 3 o’clock event we needed to be at. The guy I talked to said our room would be available a little after 2. When we got there, not sure if it was the same guy , he bluntly said that there were no rooms ready until 3. Didn’t even make any effort to see if anything was available. Will not stay here again just because of that guy. "

"The hotel is connected to several restaurants and a coffee shop that are not owned by Hyatt. However, the smell of food from these establishments is quite strong—it travels from the lobby all the way up to the 28th floor, where my room is. While the scent isn’t exactly unpleasant, it’s not particularly pleasant either. Valet parking is quite expensive, but the staff are very friendly and professional. "This place is a dump. Filthy and smelly. It's says non-smoking, but it is not. The cleaning person was snagging as they came out of another room! There is a coffee pot, no coffee or other items. The bathroom was so filthy that we had to clean it out small curly hairs! The beds were a torture device. "
