"We were a little disappointed with our overall experience at the SO/. To begin our trip the check-in experience took quite a while and at the end of it they told us our room was not available. Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 3:30pm and we sat and waited close to 4pm to hear this news. "The hotel is so dirty and outdated. The bathroom smells so bad and has so many mold and mildew stains. The toilet needs to be replaced and the lighting needs to be fixed. The tv is from the early 2000’s and also there’s no lock for the balcony. This is in a sketchy area. Also want to add that the mattress are all very firm. I would say it’s on the extra firm side. Add a few more bucks and stay elsewhere! "
