"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. "The walk from the hotel to Lin Hexi mrt is not near. It will take at least 10mins on foot. If you are rooming with friend, you may not feel comfortable as there is no door to the toilet. Toilet and shower are separated but comes with only one glass door that can see it through. The door can only use at one cubicle. There is a good massage place beside the hotel, at level 20. There is one small eatery shop selling HK style chee cheong fun opp the hotel is good. "

Nice and firm bed, quiet rooms ensure you'll enjoy a good night's sleep. 3 restaurants, 2 of which the dim sum and Japanese restaurants are highly rated. There's a convenience stall in the lobby as well. There's a spa which we didn't get to try. The gym is basic but functional."
