"This is my second stay with Springdale Serviced Residence. The apartment was big and clean. You feel like home staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsize is big bus cannot enter their car park to allow us to load and unload our luggage. But the concierge will help us ferry our luggage to the main road and settle our luggage. We have pleasant here, thanks to the helpful concierge for handling 30 over pieces of luggage."

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com"

"The hotel is excellent and have good English speaking staff. However, malls around the hotel is small and don’t have many shops. But 1 subway-stop-away from the city’s shopping area. The subway is not to far but you need to cross the big road to use the escalator. If you have big luggages, this might be a problem. "

"We stayed there for 6 nights. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, clean carpet, nice toiletries and room with a fantastic view. The staff at hotel reception was very helpful and allow us to check out later as our flight is 6pm. We will choose to stay here again if we return to Guangzhou in future. "

"The walk from the hotel to Lin Hexi mrt is not near. It will take at least 10mins on foot. If you are rooming with friend, you may not feel comfortable as there is no door to the toilet. Toilet and shower are separated but comes with only one glass door that can see it through. The door can only use at one cubicle. There is a good massage place beside the hotel, at level 20. There is one small eatery shop selling HK style chee cheong fun opp the hotel is good. "

"Old but gold. Old hotel, old design and deco, but clean and well-maintained. Nice and firm bed, quiet rooms ensure you'll enjoy a good night's sleep. 3 restaurants, 2 of which the dim sum and Japanese restaurants are highly rated. There's a convenience stall in the lobby as well. There's a spa which we didn't get to try. The gym is basic but functional."

Pleasant stay at China Hotel

"When we checked in, the room we were assigned was a non-smoking room on non-smoking floor. However, the last tenants likely smoked heavily and the room was full of smell when we stepped in. After talking to the hotel staff, they immediately arranged for another room on a higher floor for us with their staff ensured us satisfied with the room before leaving us. The room had just set up with an extra bed (likely the room was preassigned for additional guest in the room) but the cleaner lady was happy to remove it for us and did not show any unpleasant attitude. It made us feel sorry for her but we’re grateful with their good service. We appreciate how attentive and helpful their staff are. They even helped bring up a courier delivery to our room instead of we collected it from the concierge. The cleaner gave us extra bottles of water everyday but another cleaner we asked for bottled water before our room was cleaned questioned us for our room number and did not look happy for our request and seemed to reduce the water bottles supply when she cleaned our room later! Also, the hotel location is convenient with 2 underground stations nearby and easily connected to other places. There are quite a lot of yummy eateries and convenient stores around. Pversll, the hotel room is clean and spacious although some carpentry facilities in the toilet look old and the drawer was not easily opened and need further maintenance. "
