Great hotel with amazing staff and amenities! The location was perfect for us. The room was pretty spacious. All of our luggages fit with room to space. I liked that we can store our carry on under the bed. I also liked the in room washer & dryer! You also get free detergent if you ask the front desk :)

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast and the location can't be beat. Great Ginza location next to Tsukiji market, subway, shopping, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are new and modern and a little tight but it's Tokyo!

Room service was only available once every two days, and if you missed that day, you would have to wait. The breakfast and buffet had limited options and tasted bad. The staff at the reception wouldn't help you call a taxi when it was pouring outside and made you call the taxi outside when it was raining heavily. The was also construction next to the hotel when I stayed there.
