The street that this boutique property is on is lovely. The immediate area is safe however there are areas within a few blocks where I would not feel safe walking alone as a female. The rooms themselves are small but lovely. Will stay again!

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the Garden District. Very walkable and safe, lots of restaurants and public transportation. The rooms are perfect for sleeping and very comfortable with many amenities. You can see the property has been renovated recently. It mimics many of the boutique hotels in NYC, small very functional rooms at a tremendous price. Great value and very clean. We will be back!!!

Close to the tram line which is nice but definitely feels more like a hostel than a hotel. No sound protection and very small. Also, a bit of a sketchy area, just be mindful when walking around.

What a great little hotel, conveniently and centrally located. The room was small but very clean, with excellent amenities such as fridge, desk, and Roku-equipped TV. The surrounding area is a little bit rough; at least once each evening, one would hear the automatic loudspeaker warning to somebody outside the premises, advising them to identify themselves. This was a bit startling the first time (only because I didn't expect it). But that's part and parcel of being a big city downtown hotel. Overall though, a great stay. Recommended!

The stay was nice. Parking was a little bit of a walk, but no more than 5 minutes. The street outside has one hour parking 10-3:30pm, so we were able to bring the car out front to pack up before leaving

This is a nice small hotel that is very close to Dundas/Yonge. It is on a quiet street near Allan Gardens. That street is quiet but nearby streets are very noisy and somewhat iffy and unsafe. The staff at the hotel is excellent. The rooms are quite basic with no closet or dresser. We had several hooks on the wall. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was ok. Overall an ok place to stay. Main problem was the sketchy neighborhood.

The property itself is very clean and tidy. The room I was in had an attached bathroom. It is a very nice Inn, cozy. There is a small fridge, tv and a good shower. It is a very cute place. There is tea and coffee in the am. I felt safe going in.
