I love the location of the property. It just happened to be around the corner from where I needed to be. Its proximity to the Eaton Center and the skating rink was a bonus! I loved that no matter what time of the day I returned to my room it was cleaned with fresh towels and drinking water replaced. Great stay!

We went for skating and swimming. Skating was not on grounds but very convenient. Swimming was very good as it was heated, and everyone loved that the outdoor pool was open too.

I love to stay at the Sheraton Centre when I'm in Toronto and need an overnight trip. The price is reasonable for downtown. I was in Montreal waiting for my delayed flight to Toronto, so I called the hotel to let them know I would probably be getting in very late. They immediately offered a preregistration to ensure that the room would not be given away as a "no show". When I got there after midnight, they offered a later checkout. Just great service. The breakfast included was fantastic. The pool is one of my favourites (in the world!).
